Well, having worked in and around the low voltage industry since the mid 1970s I seldom speak out companies ( manufacturers, installers, engineers and all types of retailers, distributors etc. So I hope that people hear what I am saying……. Simply put, Tim and my tech Nick are the “ teachers and the trainers” of the teachers!! This company has outstanding ethics and some of the Highest levels of both knowledge and expertise. I had a tiny project which they were able to complete today. If I had been doing a complex or very large project costing hundreds of thousands of dollars , they would be my first go to. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. "Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly!
