"Bill Soderholm was awesome!!! I explained what was happening with my big screen tv and he advised unplugging it for a little while to see if that fixed the problem and if not to call him back. Worked like a charm. This guy is brilliant!!! And didn't pretend there was an issue just to get a house call. This guy has my trust and a loyalty as a costumer from now on. "Ryan did a great job! He was very professional and did an amazing job. I have a wood panel wall and was worried about damage to the wall, Ryan talked me through his process and put my worries to rest. He even went so far as to patiently wait for me while on a work call before hanging the mount just to make sure it was positioned correctly! That's customer service! The mounting turned out great! "Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. We will definitely use MN Plumbing for all our future needs!!!"
