Gary, the owner, arranged a time to look at my project, discuss what I would like done, made suggestions and answered all of my questions. His quote was very reasonable. He explained the process of the installation, how long the project would take, etc. He was in communication with me and gave me updates as the project moved forward. Gary is very personable, reliable and I got the sense that he truly enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent workmanship. I cant say enough good things about the installer. He was polite, precise and a hard worker. His attention to detail was impressive. He prepped the area and cleaned up the area when he was finished. His workmanship is outstanding. My new backsplash is stunning. I would not hesitate hiring Footprint Floors in the future."

He took the time to bevel and edge on one of my marble outlet covers that I'd likely not noticed, but totally appreciate the extra touch. He is tidy while he works and very thorough on his clean up after the project is complete. He is also a really great guy. "After solving for water infiltration into our basement we decided to install new carpet. We had four companies give us quotes on the carpet and installation, although not the lowest price we felt very comfortable with this vendor and quality of the product. We finalized all the paperwork on a Thursday and the estimator (JR) said they would have to call with an installation date as they did not have the color of carpet chosen in stock.. The called the following Wednesday wanted to schedule installation, the installers showed up at the agreed upon time and started to work I barely knew they were in the house. They were very professional did a fantastic job with install.

"It was great i was told by nick he would be at my place at 12 pm and he actually was 15 min earlies he set up my whole garage to work on cars exactly how i wanted and imagined he even built my work bench so it collapses into the wall like i wanted and put outlets in it as well he was reasonably priced and didnt rape me with labor i am having him come back this spring to redo my deck as well he was professionable and knowledgeable"
