He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

They asked lots of questions to better understand what we needed and the quote was back in just a couple of days. Their price was very reasonable so we went with them. "Sky has done work for me on three separate occasions and I will hire him over and over again. The quality of his work is excellent, he's prompt, friendly,and his estimates are very reasonable. My house is over 100 years old and working on it is never easy and I've had work done that just wasn't done very well or with respect to the house. Skies work is excellent quality and he always respects the original workmanship. The range of his work is also amazing. He has fixed the stairs in my home that were becoming very creaky and a few were getting loose and they are very solid now and the original workmanship continues. He's put up a cast iron gazebo in my yard, installed a dishwasher and a toilet in terms of plumbing. And helped on a couple of my electrical outlets. I really feel that this review is not saying enough about Sky's work but I encourage folks looking for war a handyman to hire Sky."

"Estimator came and described the fence options.  Competitive pricing for privacy fence.  Contractors completed work per schedule.  After fence was put up cracks appeared in multiple locations and bowing of fence walls created gaps in this new privacy fence. 
Owner came over and observed situation in a few days after contact for these issues, said $100 extra for labor to remove bowed fence walls that were creating gaps.  Not sure why they include this option up front or they could have let me know they were giving me a cheaper option up front (not sure why they would even offer) and then let me know this would have been needed anyways for true quality privacy.  Repair work was done promptly.  IMO its a good price, quality experience was a bit meh, but they give 5yr warranty on parts/workmanship so they'll come back and fix it up in a prompt manner either way.

"Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. He asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. We didn't necessarily know what to expect, but they finished in less than 5 days! After they were done, Trevor made sure we got all the relevant inspection and permit paper work, and our yard looked like they hadn't even been there. Except of course for the deck, which is absolutely spectacular! We've been on it every night since they finished and we love it. We couldn't be happier with Trevor, and we will be calling him again when we're ready to finish the basement. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit. Professional, hard working, exceeds expectations, top notch quality and reasonably priced?...what more could you ask for!? Give Trevor and Minnesota Construction and Property Management a call!"

Dennis Nagel and his crew did a fantastic job stripping wallpaper, sanding the many coats of paint off the woodwork and patching all the large cracks in the ceilings. The finished walls and ceilings are flawless. Dennis recommended paint colors, repainted the entire house and it is transformed and beautiful. They worked long days, during very hot weather, without air conditioning in the house. Dennis has a strong work ethic and takes pride in what he does. He will go that extra mile to do an impeccable job."
