Denver in Sales was great to work with. The entire crew did a fantastic job. They did a complete tear off and replaced some rotted wood and a new skylight. Overall a great experience.

This is the second review I've written for John and his crew but I am happy to recommend them AGAIN! (Somehow the first review was never posted.) We had been wanting a deck/porch on our front entrance for some time but had been frustrated in finding a builder who responded to our messages. John contacted us in mid June and the work was completed by the end of June. Working with John was amazingly easy and productive. Communication was open and timely. He works very quickly and always showed up when promised, if not earlier. We especially appreciated his responsiveness to our questions and flexibility when we had special requests. I can't evaluate the literal cost vis a vis other contractors because we have no basis of comparison, but the value of the completed project exceeds our expectations. We hope he is available when we have other projects!

J.P. Construction & Renovation is a treasure. All their appointments were on schedule, and I was informed as to all stages of construction. My questions were answered, and I was solidly satisfied with their work. John Milucky is a master of his craft, and my new garage is proof. His company has my highest possible recommendation.

I gave JP Construction 5 Stars because: Their workmanship was of the highest quality. They always showed up on time and as promised. John Has over 20 years experience leading to innovative solutions which invariably pop up with older buildings. Finished the job in Record Time and was very Reasonably Priced. Very pleased with the end result, a sturdy and attractive Deck Rehab! Very nice people to deal with, I recommend highly!
