"Went well, we work around schedules to get the project done."

"Our kitchen remodel was a complete gut. Jim, owner, was right on top of each phase and answered any calls or emails promptly. We had a lot of ideas and his crew put it all together for our dream kitchen. This project went so smoothly and the quality is perfection! They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend Emerald Remodeling."

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"We are absolutely delighted with SCS Builders & Remodelers, who transformed our basement into a gorgeous apartment. Their design team went above and beyond to understand our vision, offering creative solutions that made the space both beautiful and practical. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, maximizing light, storage, and style, resulting in a finished product that exceeded all our expectations. Project management was seamless—the work was completed on schedule with impressive craftsmanship. The team’s dedication and professionalism made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend SCS Builders & Remodelers for anyone seeking outstanding design, management, and execution for a home remodel."

"Both jobs were done exceptionally well with great attention to detail. He and his crew were professional and courteous. The job was completed on the day they said it would be done, even a little sooner. Will definitely hire again for our next project."

"Craftmasters Remodeling came to my home to give me a quote on refacing my cabinets. The representative and designer that came to my home, took time to listen to what I was looking for. They had a great presentation showing how I could take my project one step farther and do what they called cabinet renovation. The crew that came to do the work were very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to make my old cabinets look new, I was also able to add a couple extra cabinets and organizing components. I absolutely love my new kitchen!"

"The designer came out and looked at our space and existing decor, listened to what I thought wanted and showed me options. We selected what we wanted and they ordered it. They contacted me when everything was in and arrived promptly to install the fireplace. The installers were professional, put down clothes everywhere to protect carpet and furniture and were efficient. The city inspector came and then they came back to install the mantel. The supplier had stopped carrying the marble we had ordered and has substituted something else. We told Carter Custom we didn't want limestone but really wanted a light colored marble. They found us another supplier, took out the limestone and went to install the marble. The main floor piece had cracked during shipping. They got us another piece and finally we got it all installed. The installer showed me how to use the remote control and how to manually over ride in case of a power failure. He also went through basic maintenance. I really appreciated all the communication as the supplier problems were sorted out. I always knew exactly what was going on and what the current status was. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional and overall we had a great experience. The price quoted and paid was considerably less than other suppliers for essentially the same product and the people were considerably more helpful. Overall I highly recommend them!"

"They made design recommendations, they responded to our questions promptly, and beat of all, the quality of their work was the best. We are so happy with our porch remodel - it far exceeded our expectations. We’ve used other contractors in the past - but we won’t anymore. No one does better work than Craftsman Renovations."

"First I had my roof replaced on the house and then I had the house, garage and a shed all resided. All stages went as planned, Ray is honest and has a lot of integrity. Ray delivered on everything we had agreed on and was right there to correct anything needing attention if necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend TRS Builders to anyone."

"The folks at Beissel Window & Siding/Beissel Home Renovation did an outstanding job, and I would recommend them without hesitation. The end product surpassed our expectations substantially. The people we worked with were incredibly knowledgeable. They made great design recommendations that we hadn't considered while also dealing with some unexpected "quirks" of our 96 year old house. Add in just how pleasant and professional the team was from day one until the final day of work, and I have no problem recommending them wholeheartedly."
