"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"

"He is amazing. He laid the tile out so that the veining looked as if it had been cut from a single slab (for the fireplace). The bathroom flooring was the same so visually it looked like continuous slabs of tile. The shower stall, back-splash , and tiled wall had little “dots” randomly placed for accent. As you might imagine a painstaking process. The areas were beautiful. Lex is talented with tile mechanics and also tile art. He is very collaborative and it was fun to work with him on these projects. The pricing might seem high at first, but he is such a good and efficient worker that it pays off in the long run. You will end up with a space that looks like one of those pictures in Houzz ."

As it turned out, Tom encountered problems ( rotten drain pipe connecting to the sink, adding trim needed because we wanted the vanity higher, adding additional outlets to the backslash, etc. He admits “I am not a plumber or electrician”, but that only means “licensed”. In reality he accomplishes the required tasks w/o having to call in help: and solves problems that others would have upped the costs. He only charged us for the extra parts required to correct the issues, and not the labor (and he had to make several trips for parts)."
