When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

A day later there was a small issue with the sealing caulk but they took care of it right away as the shop is on premises, with an apology for the inconvenience. "This is the second time I've had Brennan paint the interior of our home. Brennan painted our kitchen to the exact specifications given via email. The kitchen turned out so beautiful I spent the majority of the evening sitting in it and enjoying the new color. My younger son wanted a baseball theme bedroom. Brennan painted the top half of the room in white, the chair rail in red and the bottom half in blue. The colors were to vibrant and was my vision put on canvas. The bathroom turned out great, brighing it up and adding color to a dead space.
I intend to use Brennan again this year to paint the common areas of my home. He's the only painter I use and the only one I trust to get the work exactly the way I want, without me having to be at home.
