When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

A day later there was a small issue with the sealing caulk but they took care of it right away as the shop is on premises, with an apology for the inconvenience. "Brennan did a great job.  The original plan was to remove the storm windows in order to have the best access.  However, it turns out that once MAC puts storm windows on your house, they are there to stay!  Brennan was willing and able to work around this obstacle and the windows look great.  The interior work was also excellent.  It's impossible to see where the ceiling was patched.
