Needed my windshield repaired (and was getting the runaround with my Insurance). Once my claim was approved, I contacted Noble Glass and they were able to get me an appointment for the next day and they came to me! They were on time, professional, courteous, fast, and worked with my insurance so I didn't have to keep dealing with my claim. Would definitely hire again!

The installer was prompt and very professional. He noted another opportunity with the windshield washer on the car, and provided instruction on how to fix once I picked up the parts. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

From the first contact by phone until the job was completed, this was an excellent company to do business with. We hadn't replaced a windshield for many years and didn't know what to expect. The person who answered the phone took us through the process and it was effortless on our part. The technician arrived on time (actually, early) and the work was completed quickly. Everybody we dealt with was professional and easy to talk to. I would strongly recommend this company.

It went great! For a small job, I feared the worst (bid high as it wasn't worth their time) and was pleasantly surprised at the cost, the efficiency, the quality, the professionalism. I was treated wonderfully and it was so quick! And punctual? Indeed! I'd definitely use them again - well, I will be using them again in the future for more windows that are slowly failing. They even told me to WAIT on the windows I thought I should replace!

Friendly installer showed up on time, explained the process, and completed the job in a short amount of time. After previous bad experience with two other well known auto glass companies, Noble Glass was a pleasant surprise. I will be calling Noble the next time I need auto glass.

Both jobs were done at my home (they will come to you). Communication was excellent they told me what was needed clearly, punctuality first rate, attention to detail and commitment to doing a job that would last was exemplary. Very detailed care was taken to ensure the seal was permanent and no future rust problems would pop up. A few problems popped up which they handled with aplomb and skill while keeping me in the loop. As far as I'm concerned they are the only people I would ever have do glass-work on my cars.

I stopped in to talk to Jon and review my options. He confirmed that the Pilkington brand windshield for my Jimmy is the same windshield as the one supplied by GM, but without the GM logo etched into the glass. This glass has great clarity and is less expensive without the logo. I made an appointment, and left the Jimmy at his shop for overnight, so that it could be worked on inside and have a good opportunity for the glue to adhere in a climate controlled environment. I am very pleased with the results, and Jon is a great person to work with. Thanks!!
