Needed my windshield repaired (and was getting the runaround with my Insurance). Once my claim was approved, I contacted Noble Glass and they were able to get me an appointment for the next day and they came to me! They were on time, professional, courteous, fast, and worked with my insurance so I didn't have to keep dealing with my claim. Would definitely hire again!

The installer was prompt and very professional. He noted another opportunity with the windshield washer on the car, and provided instruction on how to fix once I picked up the parts. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

From the first contact by phone until the job was completed, this was an excellent company to do business with. We hadn't replaced a windshield for many years and didn't know what to expect. The person who answered the phone took us through the process and it was effortless on our part. The technician arrived on time (actually, early) and the work was completed quickly. Everybody we dealt with was professional and easy to talk to. I would strongly recommend this company.

It went great! For a small job, I feared the worst (bid high as it wasn't worth their time) and was pleasantly surprised at the cost, the efficiency, the quality, the professionalism. I was treated wonderfully and it was so quick! And punctual? Indeed! I'd definitely use them again - well, I will be using them again in the future for more windows that are slowly failing. They even told me to WAIT on the windows I thought I should replace!

It went great. They were covered under our policy. They were punctual and good to work with. They did a good job. The worker was good.

Both jobs were done at my home (they will come to you). Communication was excellent they told me what was needed clearly, punctuality first rate, attention to detail and commitment to doing a job that would last was exemplary. Very detailed care was taken to ensure the seal was permanent and no future rust problems would pop up. A few problems popped up which they handled with aplomb and skill while keeping me in the loop. As far as I'm concerned they are the only people I would ever have do glass-work on my cars.

I stopped in to talk to Jon and review my options. He confirmed that the Pilkington brand windshield for my Jimmy is the same windshield as the one supplied by GM, but without the GM logo etched into the glass. This glass has great clarity and is less expensive without the logo. I made an appointment, and left the Jimmy at his shop for overnight, so that it could be worked on inside and have a good opportunity for the glue to adhere in a climate controlled environment. I am very pleased with the results, and Jon is a great person to work with. Thanks!!

It went great - called them at 8:30am, and they had someone out to my workplace by late morning, and installed a new windshield in my car in about 40 minutes.

I emailed Sunday night at 11:09pm and heard back *seven* minutes later saying they could come out the next day, quoting a cost of $50.00. Jon arrived in the afternoon and we discussed the two rock chips in my front windshield. (I definitely got an education and know what I need to do the next time this happens.) Jon said that since the one bigger chip was so old, if he worked on it, it might crack. He advised me to leave them both alone, saying that if there hadn't been any issues with cracking up until now, they'd likely not get any worse. Whenever I get chips in the future I'll be sure to call Noble Glass right away. They were really responsive and I trust their judgment.

Work was completed in about 40 minutes. Worker was very personable and answered all my technical questions on the process and materials (I am an inquisitive engineer). Worker was about 1.5 hrs late in his arrival.

These guys are the best! They pulled up, replace my cracked windshield and finished within 40 minutes. Fast, professional, and did a great job. I'm very impressed and will use them and recommend them every time I need a glass repair.

I was working from home today and called them to see if they could stop by and replace the broken windshield in my car. I had no real hopes that they would stop by that same day, but planning is not my strongest suit lately... The person on the phone took all my data and said they could come tomorrow. That didn't work for me, so I asked if there is something he could do to come today. He put me on hold for 5 minutes to check. When he came back he said "We can be there in an hour". And indeed, they were here in an hour!!. They got to work on the car, replaced the glass, explained to me exactly what they were doing, and left everything clean and perfect. The owner, Jim, came here personally. Very nice guy. He mentioned that they also do other types of glass, so now I'm also using them to replace a cracked window pane in our master bedroom!

Noble has great customer service! I was getting my cracked windshield replaced by insurance and had scheduled an appointment with the insurance company's recommended vendor. I read some reviews about them and wasn't thrilled, so I called Noble and they handled everything. They called my insurance company, handled the switch, and scheduled me for the next day. Windshield was replaced on time and as expected while parked at work.

I had an excellent experience with Noble Glass. Called on Monday to schedule service, got a quote and scheduled a time for them to pick up my car the next morning. On Tuesday morning I got a call, as promised, when the person was in the parking lot for me. He left his truck in the lot and took my car in for service. I also got an estimated time for the work to be done by the afternoon. A few hours later, he called back and I met him outside in the parking lot again. The car was done within 4 hours as promised. He went over the work done and my estimate was revised to a lower amount since the repair required fewer parts. Windshield looked good. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly.

Very friendly on the phone. Set up the appointment very easily. They came out to my house to replace the windshield on my honda accord - we left the car in the driveway while we were at work and they took care of it without us having to be there. They submitted the insurance claim. They left instructions and information about the windshield in the car. Very happy with the service. The only recommendation I'd make: indicate how long the tape has to remain on the windshield (they left instructions about not going in the carwash, etc. but there were two large strips of tape on the windshield - wasn't sure when to remove).
