Terrible! Stay away. A bunch of scam artists! The price just keeps going up and up and up and the work is crappy!
Response from Minnesota Regrout & Tile
"Dear [Member, Name Removed], Your accusations are unfounded in fact and fundamentally dishonest. We provided you and your husband with a written quote for the work that you requested. It was a detailed and itemized quote that identified and outlined all the work that we would do for the price quoted. Certain upgrades were listed in our proposal as options, that you decided to add to your project cost. As the remodel progressed you decided on several additional services that you wanted: enlarge the size of the shower, add plumbing modifications, professional wall finishing and painting. On each of your requests, you were made aware of the additional cost for each of these services. You approved the charges for the services you requested before work was begun. There was not a single charge that was added to your project that was not quoted to you and pre-approved by you. In spite of the detailed outline of what was included in our quote, you and your husband made assumptions that major items - such as a 3/8" frame less glass enclosure, though not listed nor referenced in the quote, was included. . In our initial meeting, your husband did share the fact that he would like a glass enclosure, but at the time he wanted to wait, since your budget would not allow for one. He shared your budget constraint and wanted to proceed on the amount you could afford. We intentionally left out the fabrication and installation cost for the new shower enclosure to give you the option, when you were ready, to source the enclosure at a the price you could afford. As the work neared completion you and your husband sought to coerce our company to give the the glass enclosure of your choice for free, using your husbands initial statement that you would like one, but could not afford one at this time. In our meeting, I made it clear that what is left out of our proposal is not included in the cost of the project. I suggested you secure some independent quotes and that I will request a quote from our fabricator for the cost of a new glass enclosure of your choice as well as and our delivery and installation charge. You chose to go with the quote from our fabricator and have us install the enclosure. Your paid us for the cost of the glass enclosure, delivery and installation. When I came to collect the final balance due on all work completed by us, you decided that you would withhold $3,000.00 from the remaining balance due. Your husband demanded that we pay for the refinishing of your wood floors. The entire time we worked in your bathroom the old wood floor was protected with several layers of construction paper and a rubber roofing membrane. We requested a walk through by our work men to see the scratches you were blaming them for. You refused. You filed a claim with our insurance company and our Insurer denied your claim, stating that we did not cause the damage based on their visit to your home and their conversation with you. The scratches to your wood floor were caused by nails and were all in the area where the carpenter, a relative of yours. who installed your new base trim, pocket door frame and door worked. He was the only one who used nails. Our Insurance adjuster determined that the indent in the floor next to the pocket door, matched the hardware at the base of the pocket door and was caused by the install of the pocket door. Our company does not use nails. We dealt with you in good faith; you lied to us then, and now are making false, unfounded accusations. There was not a single charge that was added to your project that was not pre-approved by you. To this day you owe our company $3,000.00 for the work we completed in your home. At that time, you stated that you were happy and satisfied with the work we completed - calling it beautiful. Again, your summary accusation is fundamentally dishonest."

Even though it took them more time, they did not increase the price; they stayed to their quote.  The staff is very hard working and they did a great job for me.  I was really happy with the result.

Zenon and Peter are knowledgeable with bathroom remodel and very professional. They took good care of our home during the process - no scratches/marks on walls and carpet for the duration of the job. Peter was the lead on the project and was very attentive to details. We are very happy with our master bath renovation and have recommended MN Regrout & Tile to friends.

They tiled the shower with the tile I purchased. The "niche" was not the best but the rest of the shower looks very nice. They were to also install a glass shower door, but I requested they do not because I had the worker try to fix a closet door and instead he damaged it worse than it was at the beginning. I just did not want damage done to my new shower base and tile. I felt that the price was a little high due to the fact that I supplied all the tile.

Zenon worked to find a matching tile and despite his health problems, he kept me posted about his progress, When his workers  arrived they were professional, took great care not to dirty or damage the rest of house and did a beautiful job, You can't tell where the old tile ends and the new begins.

Zennon came out to look and provide a bid.  He gave me a price at the same time and having received a higher bid from someone else earlier, I took it.  I needed to push back the install date a few days due to another contractor taking longer than estimated, and Zennon accommodated me.  Crew (lead by Oleg Siruk) showed up exactly as promised.  They cleaned up after themselves every day (3 day project), were polite and well mannered.  Tile work was superior.  Very pleased with result.  Had great suggestions as to layout of tile.
I was changing the outlets from Ivory to white, so had them leave them out.  I discovered that three outlet boxes had been slightly  covered by tile.  I called and they immediately came out to fix it.  At the same time they noted that some dirt had gotten into the silicone calk line (from my work on the outlets) and recalked the line without being asked.
Would definitely use them again.
