"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"I would 100% hire this company again. We were on a tight timeline and needed to have our garage service door replaced as part of selling our home. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Called to make an appointment to get an estimate of the work and they were friendly on the phone and in person. We were willing to get Doug to come out within a few days and schedule the work within a week. Very happy with how fast and professional the workers were in getting the huge mirrors off the walls and out of the house. We plan to use them again when remodeling our master bath and putting in a glass shower door.
