They told me that I hadn’t hired them to replace BOTH panes; that they had only done one of the two doors. Really??? I told them that I would never have agreed to pay $900for a single replacement pane when both were cloudy. It was clear that representative I had met with had been cagey and dishonest. He and i had talked very clearly about BOTH doors being cloudy and he never once told me he was only putting in a work order to replace one and not the other. This was a very DISHONEST approach. Buyer beware if you use these guys."

"I would NOT recommend Window Concepts. We had windows and patio doors installed in the whole house in May 2025. We have reached out to the company since then 15-20 times dues to problems with the doors and 2 windows leaking cold air. There appear to be gaps and poor insulation but potentially also poor products sold to us. Unfortunately we don?t have a clear answer because they have had poor communication, lack of response to about half the emails requesting assistance, and WConcepts has now washed their hands of the problems and passed us off to the warranty company 6 months after installation. We have towels stuffed around the brand new doors due to the cold air in the house. Buyer beware .. It has unfortunately been a terrible experience. "

"The room was completed on schedule but they did not complete all of the work the were supposed to do. The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak. I contacted Rick many times via text and he responded that he would call to set up a time to correct my problems. He never called me back or tried to contact me."

He communicated extremely well throughout the project! He helped us with deck design, choosing materials, and every other little step along the way. The crew, especially Sarg, were always respectful and worked so hard and fast! One of our sprinkler heads got damaged during the process but they immediately fixed it without any difficulty. It's been nearly a year now since we had the work done, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Perfect for summer days and the evening sun! Deinitely recommend them for any project you may need done! Thank you guys for making the process so easy for us!"
