"The carpet on my steps was so filthy and dirty, but they got the steps looking like new. They did an amazing job. I have had other companies clean these steps before, and these guys cleaned them much better. They did a superior job. They will be the only ones I will use to clean my carpets. "When scheduling the person I spoke with asked a few questions to determine what I needed and talked to me about what to expect. It sounded like they were very flexible if I wanted certain products to be used and for how I wanted to prioritize cleaning in my house. I tidied up our belongings beforehand. On the day of the cleaning two cleaners came - they were personable and polite. Both started working right away and I was very satisfied with my sparkling clean home when they were finished!
