"The carpet on my steps was so filthy and dirty, but they got the steps looking like new. They did an amazing job. I have had other companies clean these steps before, and these guys cleaned them much better. They did a superior job. They will be the only ones I will use to clean my carpets. Their price is not more expensive than others, but their service rocks. Their people were really nice on the phone. They were spectacular. "When scheduling the person I spoke with asked a few questions to determine what I needed and talked to me about what to expect. It sounded like they were very flexible if I wanted certain products to be used and for how I wanted to prioritize cleaning in my house. I tidied up our belongings beforehand. On the day of the cleaning two cleaners came - they were personable and polite. Both started working right away and I was very satisfied with my sparkling clean home when they were finished!
