"Responsive to initial call and came on time for estimate. Looked over the situation with water leaking from above. Gave two estimates...one to deal with damage caused by water coming in and the other a complete drain tile installation. I think he could tell I was not wanting to go that far and the quote just to clean up the area and do some minor waterproofing was very high as I don't think that is what they want to be doing. From a general handyman I got some other ideas about shutting off the irrigation in that area and also not to expect a well room to be totally dry...in fairness Randy gave me his solution but I felt it exceeded what I wanted to do.
