Gave two estimates...one to deal with damage caused by water coming in and the other a complete drain tile installation. I think he could tell I was not wanting to go that far and the quote just to clean up the area and do some minor waterproofing was very high as I don't think that is what they want to be doing. From a general handyman I got some other ideas about shutting off the irrigation in that area and also not to expect a well room to be totally dry...in fairness Randy gave me his solution but I felt it exceeded what I wanted to do. Only by putting in the drain tile could he guarantee the job. I'm sure if you have a wet basement problem he would do a good job of installing the drain tile."
