McDonough's Services returned my call the same day I called them, and scheduled cleaning the pipe(s) the following day. I received another call the next day confirming someone would be out, and the technician called shortly after that to let me know he would be arriving within an hour, which he did. Chad was personable, and started the job right away.  He cleaned the pipes--to make sure they were clear--but he thought the major problem was the old cap he found lodged inside the pipe; this lodged cap prevented the water from draining properly and so the water backed up from our drain into our laundry room.  Chad said the cap was difficult to get out.  We are very grateful he found it as our laundry room flooding situation has been going on for a long time.  We were very pleased with McDonough?s Services, and would definitely hire them again.

"We hired Tom Sirek and his hard-working team to fix a recurring problem with a large sinkhole in our front yard. They also completed reconstructed our retaining wall and front steps. We had previously hired a different business to repair the hole, but their repairs were ineffective and had to be totally redone by Sirek Landscaping. There were several challenges to this project along the way, but Tom and his crew perservered and we are so delighted with the end results. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and people passing by. Even the mailman left us a nice note about how great everything looks! I should also mention the prompt and thorough clean-up that took place as soon as each stage of the project was completed."

The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."
