After many years of working for a large Fortune 100 Corporation and traveling almost every week around the globe, I have shifted my time and focus to something I have always enjoyed doing since I was a child. From fixing anything that had a motor or power cord to making a birdhouse with my Grandfather or remodeling projects around the house and my rental properties. Over the years and many $$$ in tools and equipment along with many requests to help friends and family repair and remodel their homes, I decided to start offering services to a wider range of customers. I have a philosophy of repairing, refinishing and repurposing materials as much as possible. I offer a variety of home improvement services that are customized to each individual project. I pride myself on the quality of our work, cost efficiency as well as our commitment to outstanding results.

After speaking with multiple contractors and getting quotes, what set David apart was how thoughtful and detailed he was in explaining his approach. Even though our project was relatively small, he made sure it was done right and added some great finishing touches, including a railing and pavers at the bottom of the steps. I highly recommend him for any project you have in mind!"

"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"
