"It was great from start to finish.  I called Monday afternoon and was connected to a voice message.  Gregg, the owner/installer called back within 15 minutes.  We discussed repair or replace and contacting the insurance company.  Gregg gave me the direct number for the insurance company's windshield repair specialists.  Gregg then scheduled the work for the next morning.  He arrived at the appointed time and quickly replaced the damaged windshield.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"When I first sent a message asking about the price to repair an Ipad 5 screen, Derek responded within minutes.  He was helpful and offered a great price.  His repair quote was substantially lower than any other quote I received.  He always responded quickly to my questions about when and how I could drop off my device.  When I dropped it off, he told me it would be ready for pick up by 3:00 the next day.  He contacted me the next day at noon letting me know it was already finished and ready for pick up.  
The repair was perfect; my husband's previously ruined Ipad now looks like new (and I'm off the hook for breaking it!).

"Tony and his team did an awesome job! We needed our side door steps replaced. I really didn't think it would be much more than just replacing the rotting wood planks with new wood. Boy was I wrong. Tony explained everything that would need to be done in order to pass a city inspection. He replaced the steps, the deck, the posts, and the railings. It wasn't until everything was replaced that I realized how poorly they were done before. Wow! Everything came out looking & feeling incredible. Tony and his team were so helpful by explaining everything that needed to be done throughout the process. He gave us different price & material options for everything. His team even added little customizations that we wouldn't have thought to add. His prices were reasonable. They finished the job reasonably fast; even in bad weather conditions. "Difficult job - in hind-sight, both doors should have been replaced. Original bid was for replacement of one of the doors and repair of the other.  The repairman decided to attempt repair of both doors.
