Dan was a complete professional . Ours was a small job, small deck repair. He was willing to take on this small job. He was on time, completed the job in about 9 hours and then cleaned up taking away all of the old decking. He is a 10 out of 10.

Dan solved our deck problem - we had some rotting wood on top of the deck, but the supporting structure was still good. We had sought out several estimates but they only wanted to replace the entire desk and wouldn't discuss other options. Dan replaced all of the horizontal wood on our deck for us and removed all the railings to make it a platform deck. Dan was very responsive, timely, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, quickly, and at a great value. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great carpenter.

Dan did an amazing job with our home renovation! He completely renovated our basement, entryway and master bedroom to include building an amazing walk in closet. He also installed Luxury Vinal Tile throughout the upper level and did various other projects in the process of our renovation. Dan is professional, dependable and does high quality work. We can't say enough about how happy we are with the entire experience. We would recommend Dan to anyone for any home renovation project.

Dan built a new composite deck for us and did a wonderful job. 16x14 screened and 8x14 not enclosed. He worked with us to come up with the initial design and came back with a quote in short order after making a couple different visits to our house. His price offered the best value of the people we had bid on the job. He pretty much does the whole job by himself! (he doesn't do electrical or gutters, but did do low-voltage) He gave a 6-week estimate to finish the job and came in a few days before that. He showed up pretty much every morning rain, snow or shine, including some super-cold spring mornings! He was accommodating to the couple of change requests we made during the process, and the finished product has received rave reviews from friends and family. Top-notch quality and attention to detail, and it's a sturdy and attractive addition to our house! He has an easy-going personality, is easy to work with and we would definitely call Dan again for any future projects!

Dan built a deck for us last fall. From initial discussion of a concept to final color selection, he made several visits to our house and was very easy to work with. In terms of pricing, we received bids through several local companies and a big box store; all were higher than what Dan charged us. The detail is perfect, with corners and stairs showing a high level of craftsmanship. The 5 star rating is accurate.

Dan built a new deck for us. He did an amazing job. He is very detail oriented and creates a beautiful final product. The only regret we have is that we went through a 3rd party to find him and ended up having to pay more. I wish we would have known about him earlier and just worked with him directly. It would have saved us a lot of money. Although, honestly, his work was worth the extra money.

Dan replaced a huge multi level deck for us. He started on time and finished the project ahead of schedule. During construction he kept things neat and clean and when he finished the job he cleaned everything up. Hiss work was excellent and he came in on costs with his bid to us. he was easy to work with and answered all all questions along the way. We feel we got more than we paid for and we will be using dan again for upcoming projects.

We were very pleased with the deck repair. He always responded to my communication with him, and arrived on time. We had a rotted support beam on our deck, and he fixed it very quickly and did a wonderful job. We will definitely contact him if we need any other work done.
