"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."

He communicated with us quickly throughout the whole process from estimate to completion. They started and finished the job when they said they would. Leo was on-site overseeing the job and working almost all of the time. His crew was friendly, polite and hard-working. They went the extra mile - giving the side of our house that gets sun an extra coat of paint and even using the power washer to get rid of moss on our patio. Leo has high standards and great attention to detail, and would point out anything that needed special attention. In the extremely rare instances where we had a question, he was quick to respond and make sure that we were completely happy with the job. If we have future painting needs, we’ll definitely be calling Leo at High Rollers Painters."
