"Excellent. About three years ago, we had Cutting Edge Tile our basement. When the floor was initially installed, it was not level. They did a great job of evening out the floor and setting the tile with no protruding edges. This last January (about 2 years later), we decided to replace the kitchen flooring with tile, and totally remodel the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms (marble wall tile, corner highlights, floor tile, a shower/bath niche, new vanity, lighting, plumbing fixtures, toilet, etc.). We knew who to call. Cutting Edge set the tile in the herringbone pattern we selected for the kitchen. My wife and I love the way it looks. We could not be happier with the way the bathrooms turned out. They took their time to make sure they did quality work. I felt like they treated our house like they would their own. Throughout the process, they would requested our input to assure they knew what we wanted. I recently recommended them to my brother and highly recommend them to anyone, High quality work. If I can talk my wife into hardwood floors for the living room and office, I will be calling Cutting Edge."

Once they started, work was completed in a timely manner with no interruptions. Plumbing (bathroom) was also completed in stages as drywall progress would allow. The plumbing was the last part completed and the plumber was prompt and professional. Waste materials were removed by the contractor within a reasonable amount of time after the job was completed. The contractor was available and responsive through the duration, answering questions and updating on any delays (which were few)."
