He was able to fit us in to his busy schedule in order to make our timeline of getting the chimney work done before the gas fireplace went in. His team went above and beyond the day that they were here. The way in which our chimney was built made it very hard to deconstruct the crown at the top. The job took longer than they expected but they still stayed until they finished the job and were very kind and respectful to my family and neighbors as they worked. "I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.
