I am so impressed with these guys and the work they did at the rental property we own. Not only were they the least expensive bid by a significant amount, they spent 12 hours straight overcoming some unexpected complications, and when the workers smelled gas in the attic after a long hot day of work, they went and got their supervisor, found the leak and replaced the line - all for the originally quoted price! They didn't even work on the furnace, so likely the leak was there before they even arrived, but they fixed it because it was the right thing to do. I was so impressed that I tipped the hot and tired workers, which I have never done before for this type of service. Just wow, what a great experience!

Over the years, we have had an amazing working relationship! I’ve called on them many times, along with emergencies for my clients. Never one time have they let me down! Very prompt with a response! Mike Egan’s professionalism is always second to none!! He was able to get someone out to our house quickly on a Saturday afternoon to repair our A/C unit on a hot summer day!!

My experience with Engineered Heating and Air was a very positive one! Their office notified me as to when I could expect a service visit, and Tim, the technician who performed the repairs, arrived before the time promised! He called me on the way to my home so that I would know to expect him, he quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me of the cost before making the repairs. He was very nice and very polite, and I could not have been more pleased!

Mike and his team absolutely killed it from beginning to end! We had two 2.5 ton units (inside and out) replaced. Not only did they fix all the spliced wires from a previous botched job, but they redid our landscaping on the side of the home where the old platform was starting to crumble. I can’t stress how much effort they put into this, building a retaining wall, leveling everything out and making sure there was proper spacing between the units. I can honestly say that this has been the best experience we’ve ever had with having work done on our home. Highly recommended!

Engineered Heating and Air was great. Mike the salesman was honest and straightforward and offered solutions to complaints that 2 other companies told me that’s just how it is. The installation techs were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their price was extremely competitive and I could not be happier about my new Trane system. I lived in my house for about a year and the heat never heated the house to a level that it felt warm until now. I can’t wait to see how the A/C performs in the summer. I will never call another HVAC company again.

Everything went Fantastic!!! The old unit needed about $1200.00 worth of repairs which I could have done, but instead I purchased a new unit. They did get the old unit running but it was sad at best. The repair man and sales man that came the next day were polite, informed and able to give me a fair price at 0% financing I might add. On top of that they replaced the unit the next day. So I got a reasonable price, fast service and a warm house in 2 days. Really happy. Thanks Engineered Heating and Air

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The only draw back to the entire process was the gas company. It was almost a month process to go from electric to gas. The last part of the process was Tim from Engineered Heating and air turning the thermostat from electric to gas. It was warm feeling to know I’m saving money.

Tom and his team were my first call when I needed a complete HVAC replacement; they've done such a good job on the small service calls, I knew I wouldn't trust anyone else on a major project. Very happy with the work, the process; the technicians that were at my house were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The guys explained what they did at every step, made sure I understood all the safety features, and cleaned up better than it was before the work. I know anything that comes up an answer is just a phone call away. You can't beat a company that does the job right and goes out of their way to work with integrity.

I scheduled another HVAC company to service my system first. Their technician diagnosed the issue as being non-repairable due to leaks and suggested that the entire unit be replaced at a cost of $10,000. Seeking a second opinion, I contacted Engineered Heating & Air. They inspected the system and determined that the leaks could indeed be repaired and that the system would be back and running at top capacity afterward. I asked them to repair the unit. They did so with efficiency and effectiveness. Engineered Heating & Air restored the system to full power and saved me quite a bit of money. Tom and his staff are a pleasure to work with.
