Hello! I am a Wisconsin native who graduated from UW Stout with a bachelors degree in Construction Management in 2009. Since then I have been living in Minneapolis and working in the construction and home remodeling industry. I Purchased my first home in St Paul in 2012 and completely remodeled the property myself. Since then I have purchased 2 other homes, a 1934 up/down duplex and an 1886 triplex, both in Northeast Minneapolis. I have over 10 years of hands on experience remodeling and repairing homes for myself and other homeowners. I have experienced and repaired many of the common problems you will find in the average home. MN is an unregulated state when in comes to home inspections, which means there is no state required certification or licensing required. I took the extra step and I’ve passed the National Home Inspector Examination®, which is the only independent, psychometrically-valid home inspector test in the country. I’m proud of this accomplishment and believe it’s another example of my extensive knowledge and skill in the home inspection field. You can find me in their national database!

"I would like to thank Miguel and the team at Precision Exteriors Restoration for their help replacing our roof, gutter helmets, siding, downspouts, and resolve some damage to our air conditioner. Miguel helped make the insurance claim process effortless and was always prompt, responsive, and professional. Miguel did a great job managing all the work whether it be the internal teams to Precision Exteriors Restoration (siding, roofing, etc.), along with the external teams (Gutter Helmet, HVAC, etc.). We (my wife) also decided to make a major color change with our siding and Miguel went above and beyond to provide us samples, along with walking us through how to use an application (HOVER) that provides a 3d view and shows how the siding would match the roofing, etc. Miguel made great recommendations regarding color, accents, and suggested we wrap some of the cedar trim around our garage doors and a post in the front and it turned out amazing; would have never thought to do it. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that Miguel and the team at Precision Exteriors Restoration provided and I would highly recommend them for any exterior restoration work."
