Reliable Enterprises Home Inspections

The house we were looking at gave us 7 calendar days to finish our inspection and due to the 4th of July holiday weekend we were concerned that we might not be able to get the inspection done in time.  Ross was very accommodating to our schedule and not only that he showed up at the exact time he said he would be there. 



The inspection took a little over 4 hours as Ross was very thorough and detail oriented.  He answered every questions I asked him through out the inspection and never once showed any frustration at me by constantly asking him questions when he was in the middle of inspecting an item and taking notes.  We also received the inspection report that same night through email plus a binded hard copy through postal mail 2 days later.

We contacted Ross from Reliable Enterprises Home Inspections to do a home inspection, and everything about the experience was fantastic.  He did an excellent job of looking at the house, documenting each and every issue, taking helpful pictures, and explaining point by point what he did.  One reason we selected him was because he had experience with FHA appraisals, and we have an FHA loan.  Ross was able to give us great pointers on things to fix in advance of the FHA appraisal.  And the report was beautiful and very very well done -- I would recommend Ross for any of his services.  Just a fantastic job.

Ross fr\om Reliable Enterprises Home Inspections, did a home inspection for me and I was so pleased I picked him. He is very personable and knows what he is doing. He spent at least 3 hours inspectioning my soon to be house.  He documented many problems, most were minor and he told me how to fix those problems very inexpensively.   Because of his moisture detection tools he found a moisure problem,  I got the bank ot fix,.    He emailed the report the same night, and mailed me a report booklet with added  information- maintenance tips, replacement costs and how long things last . . All in all, I was amamazed at the value, there was a lot of work in this inspeciton.  I wanted to make sure my inspector was properly certified and insured.  I am happy with my decision and  would recommend Ross for any job he offers.
