Waypoint Property Services is a full home and property inspection service. Waypoint Property Services is licensed and certified with International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and uses the InterNACHI standards of practice for home and property inspections along with Spectora reporting software to provide a come and easy to read inspection report. My goal is to provide potential home and property buyers with a complete and indepth inspection to make a decision to purchase a home or property. Being a homeowner myself, I know the decision isn't taken lightly. I want to provide the buyers with the knowledge to make the correct decision. I work in the best interest of my clients. I am my clients last line of defense before making the decision to purchase and I take the job seriously and personal. I am a veteran owned, fully insured, licensed and certified home and property inspector. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I recently started my home inspection company to share my knowledge of the buidling industry and standards with potential home and property owners.
