I especially want to shout out to the concrete patio expert, who took an old blueprint from my architect and worked with me to create the perfect patio design based on my current needs and desired landscaping. I've already had people ask me, " Who poured this? It looks great!" Ari was very professional, responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. When I texted him on the last day of work with a concern, he came over and laid down on the ground to get a look at what I was talking about, and then took the time to walk me through the decisions we made and how the system will work together as planned to keep my basement dry. "We hired David of Fusion Finishing to assist in finishing/refinishing our basement. This project included refinishing the basement living space and bathroom and finishing other spaces to create a hallway and bedroom. From our first phone call to completion of the project, we appreciated David's professionalism and knowledge. He listened to what we wanted to do and came back with a detailed and itemized estimate of what was needed to make it happen. In addition, David was willing to partner with us on the scope of work to be completed so that I could both own a segment of work for which I was qualified for and keep project cost reasonable. He communicated with us regularly via e-mail, phone and text message to keep us apprised of status and to ask any necessary questions to keep the project moving forward. He was quick to answer our questions and to offer thoughtful suggestions in order to improve upon our plans or adjust to challenges encountered . "We worked primarily with Nataly and Brenden along with a fair amount of interaction with John who put up our tile. All of these folks were outstanding to work with and made every attempt to answer our questions in a timely fashion. We have had so many compliments on our new kitchen and love it so much. Nataly has such a great vision, she was very instrumental in putting it all together. John put in the tile which was challenging, it looks wonderful he also did several other tasks.
