Ari worked with me to schedule the work around my availability, and sent in respectful, hardworking teams to complete the work. I especially want to shout out to the concrete patio expert, who took an old blueprint from my architect and worked with me to create the perfect patio design based on my current needs and desired landscaping. I've already had people ask me, " Who poured this? It looks great!" Ari was very professional, responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. When I texted him on the last day of work with a concern, he came over and laid down on the ground to get a look at what I was talking about, and then took the time to walk me through the decisions we made and how the system will work together as planned to keep my basement dry. Now that I know that they do more than just waterproofing and concrete, I will keep them in mind as future work comes up, because I trust them to do a great job, and finish on time."

"AWESOME. David is the best contractor I know, and I have used many over the years. He is transparent on pricing and effort involved and works hard to get the job done on schedule. His attention to detail is top-notch. In most cases, he is more detailed than me. He is knowledgeable in nearly all aspects of the job, and if he doesn't, he finds the answer. He is approachable, easy to work with, prompt, and always looking to make the customer happy. Work included concrete slab, electrical, footings, assembly of the shed, service door & painting, landscaping (grading, sod), and crushed rock driveway. He put in OSD sheathing on the interior and also a workbench and a robust shelving system. This is the second time I've used David. First time was to finish a basement. David will be getting all future work I have, and I am already getting some more projects lined up for him. Looking forward to the next project.
