He answered the phone every single time I called…literally every time. He sent line-item pricing in estimates that were easy to follow and clear. He also corresponded with and helped me navigate the many other vendors (electrician/plumber/HVAC, etc) of the project so that schedules and work were seamless. Finally, his work was excellent. He’s a self-proclaimed (and independently verified) perfectionist. He re-drywalled a section of a wall (I never noticed it) that wasn’t “quite right.” Without us asking, he put three coats of paint on a sliding door that really needed it. He also never shied away from any type of work, from drywalling, to framing, to demoing, to painting, to removing wallpaper, to finishing egress windows, to remodeling closets, to installing sinks/countertops/doors/vanities, to even mounting t.v.’s. My wife, toddler, parents, in-laws and I are obsessed with the new basement playroom and “grandparents suite” he created for us and we will continue to call him for routine handiwork or other construction work in the future. I would recommend Ben to anyone."
