"We had a Great experience with Unity Bath and Shower! We had our old fiberglass tub/shower removed and replaced with a beautiful shower with a sliding door. Jerrod was great to work with, he made sure all of our wants were taken care of and made it work within our budget. "The installers where fabulous! They did a great job. No damage to the walls and they put booties on their shoe EVERY time the came in the house. The A for Professionalism and Punctuality go to the installers. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and love with the end result! For that they get an overall A!
The company itself service was good, but I would have preferred a bit more hand holding when spending that much money. No follow up calls from our Sales Rep. Never hear anyone from the sales team after we signed the contract.
