"We had a Great experience with Unity Bath and Shower! We had our old fiberglass tub/shower removed and replaced with a beautiful shower with a sliding door. Jerrod was great to work with, he made sure all of our wants were taken care of and made it work within our budget. "Mad City did a wonderful job upgrading our bathroom. They installed a new bath tub and shower, and updated the plumbing and the walls around the bath tub, doing seamless job with a clean finish. As a tall person I was especially happy about how they were able to raise the height of the shower head and install a new rain shower head with a luxury feel."

"The installers where fabulous! They did a great job. No damage to the walls and they put booties on their shoe EVERY time the came in the house. The A for Professionalism and Punctuality go to the installers. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and love with the end result! For that they get an overall A!
The company itself service was good, but I would have preferred a bit more hand holding when spending that much money. No follow up calls from our Sales Rep. Never hear anyone from the sales team after we signed the contract.
