"We were thoroughly impressed with Randy's approach to providing us with a bid. He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"Estimator came and described the fence options.  Competitive pricing for privacy fence.  Contractors completed work per schedule.  After fence was put up cracks appeared in multiple locations and bowing of fence walls created gaps in this new privacy fence. 
Owner came over and observed situation in a few days after contact for these issues, said $100 extra for labor to remove bowed fence walls that were creating gaps.  Not sure why they include this option up front or they could have let me know they were giving me a cheaper option up front (not sure why they would even offer) and then let me know this would have been needed anyways for true quality privacy.  Repair work was done promptly.  IMO its a good price, quality experience was a bit meh, but they give 5yr warranty on parts/workmanship so they'll come back and fix it up in a prompt manner either way.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

It went really well. Adrian stopped by at the agreed to time and looked things over for the job. He suggested that I have some additional flashing replaced that was not in the package and I agreed to have that done.

The crew came out on the day that we had scheduled, and even though no starting time had been set the crew arrived and started work at 8:10 AM. They guys were finished with the roof late afternoon. I was surprised at how fast it all went.

I inspected the work after the crew had left and found that the chimney flashing had not been replaced and another area that I had some questions about.  I sent Elizabeth at All American an email about the issues and we setup a meeting with Adrian. The missing chimney flashing was an oversight and that would be taken care off. Adrian listened well to my other issue and a a solution was worked out. The extra work was scheduled and completed in 2 days.
