GLASS RESOLUTION

Vladimir quoted a price over the phone and was able to come the next afternoon. Was very informative and even tried to talk me out of replacing the glass since it was more of a cosmetic crack but I decided to do it and he did an awesome job and was very detailed. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Vlad from Glass Resolution was AWESOME! Same day service to fix two windows our kids broke (argh!) and one that cracked as a result of the Polar Vortex -- and he came on a Sunday during a snow storm, no less! He did fantastic work (most of which he had to do outside on our porch in the cold) at a very reasonable cost. Hire him!!!!

My son kicked a ball through the garage window last night. Vlad answered this morning and came out within an hour or so. He'd fixed my window and installed higher quality/thicker glass in about 30 minutes. The workmanship is stellar and the price was unbeatable. I know who my go-to glass guy is from now on.

Vlad was able to do the work in a timely manner, everything looks great, and his pricing is very reasonable. I look forward to working with him again!

Vlad showed up on the same day and after attempting a standard repair, he determined that a customized order would be necessary given the size of the pane and the surrounding wood of the door. He ordered the glass, came back a few days later as promised, and installed it. He was attentive to details and clearly aimed to do a high quality job. Overall, the cost was minimal as compared to the hours he put into the repair. It is nice to work with someone who has a strong work ethic and an honest approach to the job.

V answered the phone right away when I called to leave a message on a Sunday. He was available to start the work two days after I made my initial call - amazing! He gave a ball-park estimate over the phone, which was very helpful. He arrived on time, provided an accurate estimate of the time it would take and exact cost, and asked my preference where the project warranted it. He did a great job and was very contentious throughout his time working on the house. The cost was very reasonable. I would gladly hire him again.

Truly remarkable. They completed the work just hours after I placed the
initial call. Vlad drove out to my house and replaced a broken window in
under an hour. He seems to be an old-world, old-school worker. Very
courteous, no frills, and honest as can be--VERY reasonably priced. It's
these kinds of businesses that make me wish I had more work for them,
or that they could serve all of my home repair needs. Would use again in
a heartbeat.
