We offer James Hardie siding, and Vinyl siding, Owens Corning and GAF shingles, Andersen Windows, Marvin Windows, Hayfield Windows, Richlin Windows, Pella Windows. (We have a 5 window minimum) (Gutters only in conjunction with roof or siding), (We do not do roof, siding or window repairs)

"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"

We are the installers, when we come out to give you your free estimate, we will provide you with a written installation estimate and material list for you to take to your retailer and order your flooring from. We now know, what to expect with the installation of your flooring. No surprises. We have averaged 160 different installations per year for the last five years. That is probable more installations then most installers have done. We can provide you with additional references if you would like? We have have been installing for more then 20 years each. We are very detail orientated which gives your flooring that belongs here look, not look what somebody tried to put here. We can handle any and all aspects of the installation from tear out and disposal of any existing flooring. We are capable of installing 2 to 3 thousand feet of flooring per week.
