Gary was the very best installer I have experienced over the years. I am an elderly fix-it man myself, and I am usually a critic due to the fact that American craftsmanship has deteriorated over the last 40 years. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case I cannot say enough about Gary's ability, knowledge, patience and thoroughness to get the job done right. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any type of installation to be done. He also trains installers for Carpet One in Bloomington, which carries his quality traits to their jobs. ***** 5-Star Installation!

Was very impressed with our vinyl plank flooring installer Gary who is a pro at floor installation - been doing it most of his life! We had Gary install Carpet One’s waterproof vinyl plank flooring in three kid’s bedrooms as they are halfway underground and we recently had water seepage - the vinyl planks look just like light white oak. No one can tell it’s vinyl. It was professionally installed in three kid’s bedrooms and their small hallway -approximately 600 square feet. We would definitely hire Gary again!

Gary Miller and his assistant Jake did a superb job. We have hired him two more times after we had the great room done. No job is too big or small for him. He also helped us pick out the wood flooring product.

The work went very well. The owner, Gary Miller helped us pick out the wood and even met us at the supplier to assist us. The areas where wood was installed included foyer, powder room, closet, kitchen, living area, and dining area. The work done was timely and excellent. We plan to have additional work done later.

Naturally Wood is top notch. The crew was always punctual and professional. Our job was not easy, but they made it seem that way! We recently moved into an older home and had remodeled a portion of it and now needed to "tie in" the old floor with the new floor. They were able to match the wood, then sanded down all the old wood. At that point, my wife wanted to stain it but could not decide on the color. They were very helpful in "test staining" a few spots to make the decision easier. The finished product is spectacular and it is hard to tell what is the old floor and what is the new. They did a great job prepping and cleaning up. In fact, there was so little dust after they were finished that I wouldn't have known they were there (other than how great the floor looked). I highly recommend them.

Owner Gary is extremely professional. He came out and gave us a rough estimate, then worked us thru the process of ordering the necessary materials and answering questions and reviewing services and needs from removal of the old floor to molding styles. The trio were ontime, worked fast, efficient, and very clean, with the whole project done in a day. The work is beautiful and would call again in a heartbeat for any other flooring work.

The flooring was installed on time and to specifications. A second coat of sealant was needed on the travertine tile. It was applied the same day as I requested.

It went really well. The new floor looks awesome. Gary and Jake are awesome. They love their work and it shows. The best part is they did everything which includes unhooking appliances, plumbing work in bathroom and kitchen. They kept the place decently clean and were very good at wrapping up before leaving.

Our purchase of the original floors were part of our Mortgage and the loan was super tricky and payment was delayed. Gary trusted us and our lender and was very patient with us. The second job was much easier from a monetary perspective because we paid directly. In addition to completing two additional bedrooms and feathering them into the hallway, they also redid all of the woodwork in our front entry. All the trim, door casings, etc were replaced to have a seamless matched look. We had planned on putting a piece of floating laminate in our lower level landing/entrance from garage. Gary surprised us by installing an engineered wood floor in the lower garage entry to make a complete seamless look with the leftover materials. He also created a custom reducer strip from leftover materials so the two surfaces join together flawlessly. We do plan to have our lower level done as well and plan to invite these guys back to do the work. Thoroughly pleased and impressed.

They turned out great - like new. The new finish is lighter and more appealing. The job took two+ days and staff kept us posted on progress.

Gary was very reliable. He responded to our inquiry within minutes of our contacting him. He showed up exactly when he said he would. We were very happy with every aspect of our installation. The work was exceptional, too!

Everything went great! Gary was available to answer our questions during the process and gave us excellent support. He gave us several options and we decided to replace the floor instead of attempting to match the old product. We ARE so happy with Gary's recommendation and the final outcome! The timeline for the work performed was done as promised and professionally. We would highly recommend Naturally Wood Inc.

Looked at a few potential installers and hired Naturally Wood without hesitation given Gary's experience. Not the cheapest and maybe not available as quickly as you'd like but the the finished product was exceptional, as I expected. During planning, Gary patiently led us through a challenging product selection (we were trying to match a dining room floor for which the supplier had gone out of business). During installation, they professionally handled some challenging, uneven transitions; better, I think, than some of their counterparts might have. I'm happy with my decision to hire Naturally Wood and would both use them again and recommend them to others. Our floor is beautiful.

They did a great job, and I'd hire them again. Gary is very competent and pays great attention to the details of the install. He was far more knowledgeable than the other 2 contractors we looked at. My only complaint was the amount sawdust in the air, on the walls, in the furnace ducts and on the new appliances (probably should have been covered up). This was because they had to cut everything in doors during the cold winter. I just wish Gary had explained this aspect in advance.

It went very well. Arrived early each morning and the job was completed in three days as stated (in time for Thanksgiving). Very polite and professional. Very easy to work with.

Boards that had deep nicks were replaced without our requesting it. The area where the floor met the carpet was finished very professionally. Where the new flooring and existing floor joined, the boards were installed seamlessly. We are extremely happy with the finish on all the floors.

It went very well, there were some unexpected obstacles due to the previous owners putting in the original floors themselves. The steps were off (so much they would be considered out of code) and Gary made them perfect. At the end of the work days the place was cleaned up and he arrived the next day ready to work.

It went really well. Gary gave a dollar quote and time frame for the project. It went exactly to plan.

Flawless!!!  The install crew showed up on time and got right down to work. The new wood was in by the end of the day. All cutting was done outdoors so sawdust was not an issue.  The sanding / finishing crew also showed up on time. They created a plastic wall to protect the furniture we moved out of the way.  The whole process was completed three days later after staining and sealing. While we moved the furniture out of the way the company moved the appliances in and out to prevent any scratches in the new and refinished flooring. 

All in all a terrific jobs. Our neighbors loved the look and have asked for the companies phone number to follow up directly for quotes. 

We highly recommend this company for hardwood flooring.

My husband and I are perfectionists. We can only sing praises about the product and workmanship of Gary & Jake. We were provided with a detailed written estimate of work to be done as well as a list of what we needed to secure before installation. Gary and Jake were the ultimate professionals, punctual and trustworthy. Upon completion, Gary cleaned up the room. My new wood floor is beautiful and easy to maintain.
