"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Larry did an absolute fabulous job with everything, especially the install of the screen door.  The opening was less than perfect but Larry made sure the door fit to perfection.  He was also able to fix the soffit so it's now back in place and replaced the piece of siding so it should not come down again.  

Larry also was able to give me a bid to finish a bathroom project that I've started and am unable to complete on my own.  The bid is extremely reasonable and Larry and I decided he'll be back to do the job this Fall.  I can't wait and know he'll do an equally a great job as all the others he's completed already."

"We called Cady Handyman Services and a pleasant gentleman discussed our deck project.
Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.

With our project completed we are now looking forward to the winter to come.

"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). "Limbed, chunked up 40ft pine tree next to our shed. Remove limbs and debris from the yard. Also trimmed up other trees to make easier to mow underneath them. Will be calling them again."

"The doors one was great the second he had to come back to fix. As there was a gap in between the door and where it met the frame and he originally didn't add the door jam. The hot tub work was great but it cost $300 more than originally quoted. To be fair it was bc he installed a gfi outlet he didn't originally quote. Plus he was supposed to show up at 11a and didn't and then said he was on his way and would be there at 245p and I said I had an errand so in an hour would work so he went home and charged me $30 for trip cancellation."

"Had Greene Construction install egress window in basement. Estimator was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every option and detail. Installers were professional. They answered all my questions and made some alterations to where the extra dirt was put and provided extra tarps to cover the dirt in case of rain. I would definitely recommend and hire them again."
