"The furnace in my condo had a crack in the heat exchanger and was red tagged. It was time to replace. I got proposals from several HVAC companies. Most had long lead times due to supply chain issues or a booked schedule, which was an unpleasant proposition given that the colder months were fast approaching. Residential Heating and Air was the last company I contacted. I was immediately impressed by the great customer service and the attentiveness to my needs. Chris, the owner, came over himself to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He was able to find a Magic Pak unit that fit the limited space and provided an estimate that was very competitive. Installation only took four hours, plus another hour for the electrician to finish the hookup. First contact to installation was less than two weeks, which was pretty remarkable, especially given how covid has disrupted the supply chain. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company."

"Alex let me know ahead that it would be emergency rates and what they were. He was knowledgeable, observant (Made sure it wasn't a floor drain by checking the toilet water level first), and honest. He told me there was a clean out plug he might break and when I asked him how much it was and he said a better version would cost $30 after seeing him try to be gentle with the old one, I figured it'd be cheaper to just break the old one and move on at emergency rates. He hit tree roots at 90 feet and cleared it out. Alex was a very pleasant guy, cleaned off the tires of the drain auger before he brought it down stairs, and did the job efficiently."

"Tech was rude, and was not willing to help move furniture, and was trying to upcharge for every little thing. Stairs were not cleaned properly as the edges were still dirty. Had 3 areas ckeaned, one room counting as the 16 stairs all took but 15 to 20 minutes. Vents were done poorly ( sprayed each vent for 1 to 2 seconds), there was still gunk in them afterchecking and vent covers were not cleaned. Got a before picture for the main trunk lines in the vents as I requested but was not shown afterwards pictures like I was last time. This guy was in and out in under 2 hours. The last time they were at my place it took 2 techs 3 hours. Not planning to hire again. ."
