The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. "We have used Shelton many times for both interior and exterior painting. They have even Stained our deck and the trim around our windows after having them replaced. We are never disappointed. This last time they painted the kitchen, Dinning room, Living room and hallway. There was some patch work that needed to be done from some holes etc....Area is open and we did two different colors. They finished in one day. It is beautiful. They prep and protect the bigger items that couldn't be moved out of the rooms. Cleaned up after themselves. They even vacuumed behind the TV stand that normally doesn't get moved. The workers are great. Highly recommend."
