GET FRESH PAINT

Jon impressed me from the get-go with his quick response to my initial request for a quote on a small painting job. The quote beat the competition - two of them - and he fit us into their schedule within just a couple of days to complete the job. It turned out great. They even did some extra touch-ups that hadn't been included in the initial quote (with their own paint!) at no extra charge. This prompted me to contact him a couple of months later to paint ALL the interior walls of a two story home. Half of them are stucco walls and required multiple coats of paint. Again, I received a reasonable and competitive quote. His energetic and thorough crew dug in within just a couple of days and the whole job was done within a week. Love these guys. Love the beautiful job they do. I'm calling Jon today to get another quote on some exterior painting we need done this spring. He beats the competition on pricing and the job they do is incomparable - absolutely fantastic. Thank you, Jon and the Get Fresh Paint crew! You are incredibly appreciated!

The job went extremely well, the bid was very competitive for a large residential home and no surprises as detailed explanations about the process of smoothing the textured walls and wallpaper removal were given. The painting crew was professional, on time, but most of all I was comfortable having them in my home. From the prep work to the clean up, after the painting, went beyond my expectations. The finished product is fantastic and I'm quite pleased.

A 2 man crew came for the job. They were exceptionally courteous and respectful of the house rules (no shoes inside). The job was completed in a day using the specific type of paint I requested. They spent extra time to complete the job and reviewed work for flaws. I had some concern for a small missed patch and they came back to make sure the job was satisfactory. Overall I'm very pleased and would happily recommend them.

We wanted this done quickly before new floors were put in. John gave us a reasonable price and promised to begin the work a few days later. The first room was done on time but, had a few minor flaws, which John pointed out. He was willing to fix them after the new mud dried but, we decided to live with them because of time constraints. With the second room, the workers did not arrive at all on the scheduled day, citing mechanical problems with their car. The next day, one of the workers left in the middle of the project. To their credit, the remaining workers worked late into the night, returning on a weekend to finish. The quality of the work in the second room was very good. It is hard to rate this company because the problems may have been atypical.

Jon and his team are great! I was worried about selecting paint colors on my own, so Get Fresh Paint offered a free in-home consultation with a Sherwin Williams paint colorist. (She was excellent, by the way!) Even though this is their busy time, they were easy to schedule. The paint job turned out perfect. They even came back to do some touch ups. I couldn't be happier! I hope to have them back to do some more rooms this winter.

Jon replied to a request for estimate right away. He was very responsive via e-mail. Their bid was very competitive and their references were very glowing. They showed up on time for all visits. The foyer was painted a yellow color that I selected. It turned out to be too yellow and upon my request they added darker tint and it turned out beautiful. We decided against having the trim work touched up, due to some concerns with what the builder originally put in. Dan and Jon personally had a painter Representative come out to give an opinion. This was done without me even asking. Some of the work required touch up and they had to make two trips to perform this. This was due to running out of ceiling spray and ladder. They indicated the touch up work was due to some uneven ceiling work/spray. I'm not quite sure on that; however, they touched up all the places and were very diligent about making sure everything looked right. I am very pleased with the job that they did.
