"Overall I was not happy with the experience.  They came to clean my house a couple days after closing.  I was not able to let them in so I explained how they could let themselves into my house.  When I came the next day I noticed the front door was open.  They were not able to lock my front door so they just left a note instead of calling.  It is a tricky lock but I could of explained to them how to lock it had they just called me.  I found this very unprofessional.
The house seemed cleaned but as I spent the next week living in my new home I noticed that they missed several areas.  First they did not pull back the appliances and clean.  These were VERY dirty.  They missed several areas in my closets.  I also wiped down my kitchen cabinets with a paper towel and it came back brown.
I called and complained and they did agree to come back and clean the missed areas again.  This time I was home.  First they said they will clean behind appliances but I have to be there to move them.  No one ever mentioned this to me initially otherwise I would have the appliances moved before they came the first time.  The rags they were using to clean did not themselves look very clean.  It made me question if they were just spreading dirt around.
