When the guy arrived, he told us the quarterly visits weren't optional. We ended up going with the one time service which was 2.5x higher than the rate under the annual service. Seemed like rates were not fully disclosed. 2) he left 1/2 of the hornet's nest in our yard. I thought he should've removed it. Having said that, the service technician was friendly, quick and got the job done."
