"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."

"Terrible company. DO NOT use them. BBK did not pay the subcontractors after I paid them. So now HVAC placed a lien on my home. Left with many things either not complete or done sub-par. Made a promises of a turn-key project and not even close. Did not mud and tape before painting so drywall at ceiling cracked. Left a hole under vanity cabinet, did not move a wall as agreed on. Dropped hood and damage my cooktop. Put my dishwasher outside in the rain. HVAC leak under floor. The list goes on. We will have to either complete the work ourselves or try to find a reputable company to finish. So very disappointed in the job done by Frank and Jason. I thought they were better than this. Don't waste your money with them."
