"I explained how I wanted the patio to be shaped to the designer; he took very thorough notes and measurements, then provided an estimate on the spot. He pushed to get the contract signed on the spot, but I was ready to proceed and was happy with the price. Getting callbacks when we had questions was hit or miss, but the crew showed up when they were supposed to, and they were very efficient. They brought a load of dirt to pile over a low tree stump between my front and back yards to get their wheelbarrow over, though they left the mound of dirt behind. Overall, the crew did an excellent job on the cement; it is exactly as we designed, properly pitched, and looks really great. I'm very satisfied, and would have them do work again. <br />show more
