Very professional and thorough company.

Once they have your money they don’t return your phone call. Worst company and terrible workmanship. Been trying two years to get problems solved. Won’t return calls. Their website and I was told when I sign there is a 5 year warranty and they change it to 3 years with no explanation. Have to hire an attorney and go to court to get this resolved. Stay away from this company. Too many good ones out there.

I must say it has been my pleasure to work with this fine company. Our Project Manager (Frank), provided the best customer service I have seen in such a long time -- he was outstanding, unfailing professional, generated high quality work and he's just generally a wonderful individual to work with -- he turned a complete property disaster into such a positive experience for our family.

We had major fire damage and unfortunately not great insurance coverage. Icon helped us to work with what we had in order to defray heavy out-of-pocket costs. They were professional, courteous, and respectful the whole way through. Their level of expertise and knowledge on repairs, restorations, and all the products and materials, and their quality levels, are unsurpassed. I'm not one that usually fully relies on others judgments — even professionals that I hire, but this is a company whose expertise and skills were highly valued. They involved me in all the decision-making and informed and educated me of all my family's choices and options. Because of the magnitude of the damage and repair and restoration required, there were times I felt in over my head, and it was that these times, I felt completely comfortable deferring to their best judgment and expertise. I fully trusted them and never felt like they were not acting in me and my family's best interest. We were assigned a project manager that was specifically dedicated to our home and he is truly what made our experience so great. For all the reasons aforementioned. Additionally, he took great charge and I was always available when needed. A true professional. With the level of damage from the fire, it took quite a while to complete the work, so we came to know Icon very well. Through the entire length of time, they only continued to prove more and more trustworthy, reliable and performed well all the way through. We very highly recommend. A+ all the way through.

They're great. They do wonderful work. They're wonderful people. They cost the mass and a half. Beautiful job. They're the Cadillac of construction services and it costs that much too. They're professional, they're clean, they show up when they say. They're really nice people and excellent craftsmanship.

Ended up pulling the plug early on the project and paying our for all work performed to date. Several Missed appointments, incomplete work. We had another contractor come finish up. One thing of Note, the Tile Job was fantastic. We had the painting redone completely.

The work was done in a timely manner and completed before I expected. I would definitely recommend Icon for any of your construction needs.

i cant say enough about this company , Luke inspected the damage and had the crew here the same day.
within a couple days we had the claim and project manage Randy here to go over everything and start the
ordering process. the process went very well the crews they had were very polite courteous always cleaned
up when they finished and were here by 8 am everyday....i cant say enough about Icon and there work 
there work is outstanding my Kitchen and Living Room couldn't look more beautiful . the compliments on
all there work are never ending.If you ever need excellent home remodeling or repair ICON Restoration and 
Construction will not disappoint you. 

The process went very smoothly, efficiently & the restoration work done was EXCELLENT!

Called them on Thursday.Partner in business showed up on time(early) on Friday and e-mailed estimate 45 min. after leaving.Job Supervisor showed up Monday,checked out the situation and told us  he and the crew would be here at 8 am the next day.At 7:45,they showed up,moved the furniture out of the room masked off everything,hung giant sheets of plastic at both entries and started painting the ceiling from far end.Two plumbers showed up,replaced the two toilet seals and checked for other possible leaks.Antibacterical treatment was applied to the ceiling interior and the 2x4 area of drywall was replaced and patched.Job done by 3 pm.Three workers showed up at 5 pm and put furniture back in place.The place was immaculate when they left.It's hard to find decent contractors who return calls,show up when promised and complete the work as agreed.These folks did all of those things plus had quality people in every job.

It went very well.  All work was done according to agreement in a timely and well-executed manner.

I can't say enough good things about working with this company.  They were accommodating and professional and all of their sub contractors did excellent work.  They were punctual for all appointments and completed the work in the best possible time including working around my work schedule, etc. Their prices were very fair and they made sure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the project.  Each separate group of workmen from cabinet installers to the plumber to the tile man to the basic construction crew were friendly and very polite and they all went above and beyond the basic requirements of the job.   The Project Leader, Tom, was really great to work with as well.  I highly, highly recommend this company.  I can't imagine how they could have done anything better!

These guys are SPECIALISTS!  In the past, we had a wonderful experience using Luke as our home inspector, which led us to look in to this company now that we were ready to make improvements to our home.  We are so glad we went with ICON to do these projects.  These were definitely the right guys and the type of company you hope to find to work with now and to keep for the future. 
The professional response from Luke, Mike and Tony was great.  They were patient with us while we tried to decide what exactly we wanted and gave us a reasonable quote.  We cannot say enough good things about Tony and his team.  Tony was the one who helped us to design and did all the actual work for us.  This guy is amazing.  His talent and integrity for what he does is A+.  We were amazed every day watching him build.  These guys worked at our house for one week and arrived exactly on time every single day.  Without us saying a word, they were super respectful and courteous of our home and carried a professional demeanor at all times.  Tony had a great design eye and included and perfected even the smallest of detail in each piece.  What he ended up building for us is even better than the vision we had going in to it.  It was all crafted beautifully down to the last detail.  We were able to feel confident the whole time that a high quality job was being done.  It was a pleasure working with these guys and having them in our home. 
We are so happy with the completed projects.  Already we have received tons of compliments from our friends and neighbors.  We have people asking us for the info.  We are thankful to have found this company and plan to keep them on our list for any future projects.        

ICON is truly amazing.  We are still in the process and the house should be completed by October.  Great communication from our Project Manager Tom Lucaj.  He is always available when I have a questions (and I have a lot).  The site is clean, his crew is thorough and I know our home will be just how we want it.
I will definitely be submitting another review once the project is complete, but I needed to let everybody know that they won't be disappointed in ICONS customer service!

They were friendly, timely, respectful and very customer friendly and focused. They are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We left our hone in March and by June our home looked, felt and even smelled wonderful. There was no sign of a fire. They even fixed a few things that were above and beyond the job. This was a difficult time for our family but we always felt like we were in good hands with icon.

Icon repaired and replaced various portions of a leaky flat roof over the pantry off of my kitchen. They were SUPPOSED to fix the roof by replacing the decking underneath, installing a waterproof membrane, removing and cleaning out gutters, fixing a "pinched/crimped" downspout, and reinstalling railings they had to remove to do repairs. They DID NOT replace all of the decking, they DID NOT remove gutters, and they DID NOT reinstall the railings - claimed the flanges used to attach railings to the roof were damaged; from what I've seen, they bent the heck out of one section as they removed it, and probably couldn't reinstall it. Flanges look fine to me - railing sections are still in my backyard. Then, they were supposed to come inside and fix the water damage on the pantry ceiling - drywall and paint. Job, as first quoted, "won't even be $2,000." Ended up costing $2,800.00. I paid them half when they came to fix the roof, with the other half to be paid when they did the inside work. Message was left on my machine to call and confirm a date for the inside work to be done. When I called to do so, Mike told me, "I have to make a call, and then I'll call you right back." Six months later - still no call!!!!! At first I thought, "Screw them," and didn't contact them. Then, I thought that I would call the owner, as a courtesy, before I wrote a bad review on Angie's List. He was very nice, couldn't have apologized more, said he would give me my money back, and to give him a chance to "make it right." He came out, looked at what had been done, what hadn't been done, and set up an appointment so we could "get this job done, and have a satisfied customer." He assured me that there was no excuse for the way I had been previously treated, and that Icon did not treat customers in that manner. Since other reviews seemed to bear this out, I agreed. So...here I sit. It is 2:20 P.M. June 23rd, the day of my appointment with Icon. No phone call, no workers here. I'm still out $1,400.00, and half of the contracted job isn't done. I'd like to say ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They have plenty of great reviews, and I'm not sure why. I'm also not sure why they decided to dump all over me like they have. So, take your chances. If they do a good job - consider yourself fortunate, and I'm happy for you. If they treat you like they've treated me - I tried to warn you...and welcome to the club.

We had a small leak from the second floor bathroom on to the ceiling of the main floor. The area impacted was 4-5 sq ft. Called up several contractors and they said the work requires 3 days of drying and dehumidifying which I was not sure of the necessity. Luke came to check out and said that the leak is not major and should only be dried out if there is significant humidity after opening up the ceiling (he was very straight forward guy and didn't try to take advantage with up selling or exaggerating in his assessment as some other contractors did). He promptly send a quote after his visit and was better than other contractors. Next morning Tony from Icon came and cut out a section of the ceiling and decided to put a blower for a day. Next business day, Tony came to repair the sheet rock, molding, and paint. They did such a great job that my wife was impressed (she is very pick in terms of the quality of work). I would recommend Icon to anyone for their professionalism, fair pricing , and quality of work.

Luke at Icon Construction was very quick to respond, very friendly and extremely thorough. Unlike contractor experiences in the past, I did not have to stay on top of Luke, he contacted me constantly to keep me informed of progress made to reconstruct our home after water damage caused it to have to be completed gutted. He took care of the interface with the insurance company, caught things that they missed in the estimate and made sure everything was completed with excellent quality!  I will definitely use him in the future for any remodelling that we need or want to have done.

We had just moved into this house and initially I had another company come in and they did such a poor job that we got rid of them and we hired Icon and they fixed it up nicely and did a wonderful job. It was a fantastic job. I knew them because they were owned by the same company who did the inspection of the house so he is a subcontractor so I had him do a couple of jobs for me as well. It was all very positive. They were prompt. They were on the side very quickly, I think within less than a week. They finished the job when they were supposed to. It took a few days, we were gone on a weekend and it was done. The quality of the work was outstanding.

The service was very good and I am very pleased with the work they provided. They were very polite and answered all my questions and concerns. The workers showed up on time every day and worked until the job was completed. I would recommend this company to my family members if they needed any work done.
