Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. "They were very responsive. Installation schedule was faster than I expected (and faster than they quoted). Installation was smooth and took a couple hours. Normal with new garage doors they replaced the door, the springs and the track. My only observation - the clean-up could have been better as there were pieces of debris missed. "They were a hardworking crew.  Although it took a little longer than expected (unforeseen problems with the home, not the crew), it was a job well done and a job any contractor should be proud of.  They completed the job in the first week of November and because of the cold they couldn't complete the job until the spring of 2015. Not only did they complete it as soon as it was possible, they did so with no hassle.  Moreover, after the reconstruction several items were noted to be incomplete/did not survive the winter. These were immediately repaired with no additional cost after one phone call. They are the best and we have recommended them to our discerning friends and would use them again in the future. Their lifetime warranty was also a huge selling point for us.  We are not easy people to make happy, but we were made happy every single time and trust these guys to do a job well done if we ever need them in the future.
