He has helped me with three emergencies water tank unable to be lit/toilet situation/explosion of water under kitchen sink from dishwasher. He is attentive to detail. Affordable. A good listener. Polite. Flexible with time. Neat. Leaves Work space nice and neat. He is great with technology. Jon connected ring doorbell to Wi-Fi. Installed smart plugs and set them to Wi-Fi. Connected lift master garage door opener to Wi-Fi which had become disconnected. Jon is my go to person now. If he canâ t do it he will recommend someone who can."
