He was ALWAYS available for even the most inane questions and his crew is absolutely FANTASTIC! I was so pleased that we took out a HELOC loan to get the second bathroom done. I figured it would be nice because of what had been done with bedroom-WRONG! They surpassed our expectations. Sam, Marcus, and Larry are PHENOMENAL workmen. I could not believe that the second bathroom was even prettier than the bedroom bath. The recommendations that were given were right on point. Everything from the demo to the painting was done by Ace and 4 years later we still love it. Our bathroom hasn’t started yet but we are expecting the same quality results. The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is that after the renovation started, it was more difficult to get ahold or responses from our sales person and the team that helped with our overall design. The contractor that did the work was great, it a bit slow for our liking. Again, overall would highly recommend and would work with again. Just providing some realistic expectations as well."

"We needed a second garage door specifically for a riding lawn mower and an open window between 2 rooms in the house with a counter under the window, He did a sloppy job on the garage door, installing a USED door, with NO key and we canâ t even fit the mower thru the door, rendering it useless... On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted. Now I have a living room with 3 windows with 3 different trims. He was condescending and a bully. I told him to forget the counter, I just wanted him out of my house,"
