Mike was timely, professional, friendly, problem, solver, and an expert at what he does in his trade. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needed a specialist plumber as I see him to be.

Mike was excellent. His demeanor was great and he knew exactely what to do. He said he had done research on this lock. There was a broken part of the old key embeded in the lock, so he had to get that out and had two keys that would work perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
