"NEVER EVER think of hiring this company, they did a very bad job installing our liner and 2 years later when we called them since it was getting worse They blamed on water leak, which is definitely not true, without even bothering to come and take a look at itâ ¦ we kept calling for follow up nobody answers the phone we tried emailing they answered very rudely providing us with Warranty contactâ ¦ they dropped the ballâ ¦ warranty said it is kit covered and we need to buy a new liner and pay for it and for its installation after only 3 years of getting a new oneâ ¦ we tried to reach back to ask if they can install for free at least since it is their poor installation that caused our problem they never answered ! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES!"

You CANNOT change out a heater without access to this box. Pool 2 Perfection should have known this. They never should have charged me for parts that are not properly connected to the control box because they will never work. Now I an out $855 and still have a non-functioning hot tub. He does not know what he is doing and should have never agreed to service the Hot Tub. Now he will not even respond to me. I offered to pay the service call and he can come and get his part that is of no use to me."
