"Pool opening and liner cleaning services were successfully completed and necessary prior to inspection of neglected pool and liner. This included removing damaged winter cover. Cover and pool were sanitized and disinfected. Unable to remove embedded stains. Liner was too old and damaged. Customer was unavailable during and after on site services were completed. For good communication, ongoing updates and pics were texted to the customer prior to, during and after all stages of completed pool services. Damaged liner was inspected. Liner had embedded stains, large holes (too big to repair) and shrinkage (below return hole and skimmer and along pool wall sides) from being neglected by customer and improperly exposed to the sun. Photos of damaged liner, including measurements of deep center and diameter for new liner quote were provided to customer. Recommended new liner replacement. Provided immediate initial quote upfront and a written estimate to customer for new liner and installation. Customer declined. Prepayment, preferred customer and first time incentive discounts were offered, along with revised quotes and written estimate. Several courtesy services were provided."

"As part of our regular liner replacement services we removed the old liner, cut into small strips, rolled and packed into the new empty liner box, nicely and neatly. We placed the new liner box with the rolled strips of old liner next to the customer's trash containers for City pick up. ALSO, prepayment and first time incentive discounts, as well as, courtesy services were provided during and after the pool liner replacement."

"We provided courtesy follow-up visits prior to and after each stage of restoration services were completed for a vintage, neglected pool for a first time pool owner. This included thorough walk around of entire pool and equipment with customer and extended explanations of completed work and recommendations of additional services needed to open pool. ALSO, we successfully cleaned out, opened, repaired and scheduled weekly pool maintenance. Original service request was for an opening and a cleaning only. Customer declined additional service recommendations and decided to do it himself after courtesy pool school lessons were provided. For customer convenience all pricing was texted immediately up front for easy reference and emailed in a written estimate. Customized pricing for add on services to best fit the customer's budget, and price matching to beat local competitor's prices was offered. Our customer's safety is priority, especially during power sanitizing water treatments and acid washings. We stated up front in our service agreement and texted courtesy reminders: "No one or any animals allowed in backyard during pool servicing, for customer safety! Also, so pool servicing can be completed in a timely manner.""
