"Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. I often thought about the internal impacts of chlorinated water but did not recognize the negative effects that happen to our bodies on the outside as well when our water is not clean and yet full of chemicals. Dale was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for the insight and the level of options offered to meet us wherever we were financially. We would highly recommend an evaluation to anyone who does not know with confidence what is in their water."

"Tim was just here. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment, and my new water softener will be installed tomorrow!"

"Can't say enough good things. Justin kept us updated through the entire process and worked into the late night to ensure we had water again."

"water heater was installed. He visited in the evening for a quote. The new water heater was installed the following morning. We're very happy all around with the craftsmanship"

"Very polite, immediately got to work, and explained things to me in plainer English so that I understood where the issues lies (having near zero plumbing knowledge prior). Thankfully, what looked like it could be a whole replacement became a much simpler fix charged as a service fee. Gave me a quote in case it did wind up being a bigger issue that needed replacing, but so far, not the case! Very grateful for quick and efficient work from Sam and Nick."

"Gordon's service tech (Andrew) called to let us know he was 20 minutes away, which was exactly the time we were expecting him. He was courteous, professional and accommodating, and took time to patiently answer our many questions. He pointed out the problem we had with the softener, corrected it, and gave us tips on proper maintenance going forward. Overall, we were impressed with his knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Everything you would expect from a quality company like Gordon Water!"

"The expert they sent out determined that I had two cracks in my basement wall. Other vendors said I would need a interior water drain system installed. Stay Dry fix the problem for a fraction of the cost."
